We've kept this short and human. The legalese version is here too — but if you read this top-to-bottom, you'll know everything you need.

In one paragraph

You pay AMR once. We submit your business listing to Apple Maps within one business day, work through Apple's verification, and maintain it for life. We are independent — not Apple. If Apple rejects it for reasons we can't fix, we refund. If you change your mind in the first 24 hours and we haven't submitted yet, we refund. If you're confused by the charge, email us before disputing — we'll refund.

1. Who we are

AMR is a third-party that submits and maintains business listings on Apple Maps on behalf of clients. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Apple Inc. Apple®, Apple Maps®, Siri®, MapKit®, and CarPlay® are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

Apple offers a free DIY business listing tool at business.apple.com. Our service is paid because we do the work for you.

2. What you're buying

For a one-time fee, AMR will:

  • Submit your business listing to Apple Maps within one business day of receiving complete details.
  • Handle Apple's verification, including any clarification or resubmission Apple requests.
  • Maintain the listing for the lifetime of your business: hours changes, address changes, photo updates, category edits, all included.
  • Resubmit at no additional charge if Apple removes or rejects the listing for technical reasons we can correct.

You are not buying:

  • Any guarantee of placement, ranking, or visibility within Apple Maps. Apple controls those.
  • An Apple-affiliated service, partnership, or endorsement.
  • Listing on Google, Bing, Waze, or any other mapping service.
  • Removal of competitor listings or any other Apple Maps action that requires Apple's discretion.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your business.
  • Confirm you are the business owner or authorized to register the listing.
  • Confirm you are the cardholder or authorized to make the payment.
  • Acknowledge that AMR is not Apple. The acknowledgment checkbox at checkout is binding.
  • Be willing to have your business address shown on Apple Maps. Apple does not allow hidden addresses for business listings.
  • Acknowledge that Apple may link your listing to your Yelp page, Tripadvisor page, or other third-party data sources at Apple's discretion. We do not control those linkages.

4. Payments

The fee is charged once at order, in USD, processed via Stripe. Statement descriptor: AMR LISTING SVC or similar — never Apple. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or post-purchase upsells.

5. Refunds

You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided we have not yet submitted your listing to Apple. After submission, refunds are case-by-case and detailed on the refund policy page. We err generous: when in doubt, we refund.

6. Disputes & chargebacks

If you have a problem, email support@amregistration.com first. We reply same business day and will work with you to resolve the issue, including refunds when fair.

Initiating a chargeback before contacting us costs both parties more (bank fees, lost time) and rarely resolves anything we couldn't have resolved over email. If a chargeback is determined without merit after we've made a reasonable refund offer, we reserve the right to recover the disputed funds and associated bank fees.

7. Liability

AMR's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccuracies in information you provide, Apple's listing decisions, or third-party actions outside our control.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We've made about three meaningful updates in 9 years; we don't anticipate frequent changes.
